Shawn Riggans (Shawn Willis Riggans) was born on July 25, 1980 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He made his Major League debut on September 5, 2006 for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. Riggans played for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays for his entire 2 year career.
