Scott Rolen (Scott Bruce Rolen) was born on April 4, 1975 in Evansville, Indiana. He made his Major League debut on August 1, 1996 for the Philadelphia Phillies. In 1996, his rookie year, he hit .254 with 4 home runs and 18 RBI. Rolen played for the Philadelphia Phillies and St. Louis Cardinals over the course of his 11 year career.
