Biography

Robin Yount (Robin R. Yount) was born on September 16, 1955 in Danville, Illinois. He made his Major League debut on April 5, 1974 for the Milwaukee Brewers. In 1974, his rookie year, he hit .250 with 3 home runs and 26 RBI. Yount played for the Milwaukee Brewers for his entire 20 year career.

Most people believe that Robin Yount's best season was 1982, when he slugged 29 home runs, hit for a .331 average and knocked in 114 runs.
