Rien Long (Rien Michael Long) was born on August 7, 1981 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Anacortes (WA), Long attended Washington State Universtiy. Long made his professional debut in the NFL in 2003 with the Tennessee Titans. He played for the Tennessee Titans for his entire 3 year career.
