Born on May 15, 1982 in Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional (Dominican Republic), Rafael Perez (Rafael Jerome Perez) played for the Cleveland Indians for his entire 2 year career. Perez broke into the bigs on April 20, 2006 with the Cleveland Indians.
