Matt Murphy (Matthew Jarrid Murphy) was born on February 23, 1980 in New Haven, Michigan. After going to high school at New Haven (MI), Murphy attended the University of Maryland. Murphy made his professional debut in the NFL in 2002 with the Detroit Lions. He has played for the Houston Texans, Buffalo Bills and Detroit Lions over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 2005 was Matt Murphy's best year.
