Biography[]

Born on May 12, 1968 in Bath, Illinois, Mark Clark (Mark Willard Clark) played for the St. Louis Cardinals, Cleveland Indians, New York Mets, Chicago Cubs and Texas Rangers over the course of his 10 year career. Clark broke into the bigs on September 6, 1991 with the St. Louis Cardinals, and put up a 4.45 ERA in 113.1 innings pitched in 1992, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Mark Clark's best season was 1996, when he posted a 3.43 ERA, won 14 games and struck out 142 batters.
