Marcus Spears (Marcus DeWayne Spears) was born on September 28, 1971 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. After going to high school at Bel Aire (Scotlandsville, LA), Spears attended Northwestern State University. Spears made his professional debut in the NFL in 1996 with the Chicago Bears. He has played for the Kansas City Chiefs, Dallas Cowboys, Houston Texans and Chicago Bears over the course of his 11 year career.

Most people believe that 2005 was Marcus Spears's best year.
