Marco Scutaro (Marcos Scutaro) was born on October 30, 1975 in San Felipe, Yaracuy (Venezuela). He made his Major League debut on July 21, 2002 for the New York Mets. In 2004, his rookie year, he hit .273 with 7 home runs and 43 RBI. Scutaro played for the New York Mets and Oakland Athletics over the course of his 5 year career.
