Biography

Erick Johan Aybar was born January 14, 1984. He is a Major League Baseball shortstop with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. He has also previously played in the Dominican Republic. He is the younger brother (by 10 months) of Atlanta Braves infielder Willy Aybar.

He made his MLB debut on May 16, 2006 as a pinch runner.
