Eliezer Alfonzo (Eliezer Jesus Alfonzo) was born on February 7, 1979 in Puerto la Cruz, Anzoategui (Venezuela). He made his Major League debut on June 3, 2006 for the San Francisco Giants. In 2006, his rookie year, he hit .266 with 12 home runs and 39 RBI. Alfonzo played for the San Francisco Giants for his entire 1 year career.
