Born on October 14, 1979 in Cotui, Sanchez Ramirez (Dominican Republic), Duaner Sanchez (Duaner Sanchez) played for the Pittsburgh Pirates , Arizona Diamondbacks , Los Angeles Dodgers and New York Mets over the course of his 5 year career. Sanchez broke into the bigs on June 14, 2002 with the Pittsburgh Pirates , and put up a 3.38 ERA in 80 innings pitched in 2004, his rookie year.
