June 28, 2000: Drafted by the Seattle Supersonics in the 1st round (17th overall) in 2000.
February 20, 2003: Seattle Supersonics traded Gary Payton and Desmond Mason to the Milwaukee Bucks for Ray Allen, Kevin Ollie, Ronald Murray, and either a 2003 first-round draft pick or two 2003 second-round draft picks.
October 26, 2005: New Orleans Hornets traded Jamaal Magloire to the Milwaukee Bucks for Desmond Mason, a 2006 first-round draft pick and cash.
July 23, 2007: Signed as an unrestricted free agent by the Milwaukee Bucks.
August 13, 2008: In a three-way trade: Oklahoma City Thunder traded Luke Ridnour and Adrian Griffin to the Milwaukee Bucks for Desmond Mason. The Milwaukee Bucks traded Mo Williams to the Cleveland Cavaliers for Damon Jones and Cleveland traded Joe Smith to Oklahoma City.
