Deke Cooper (John Delvicchio Cooper) was born on October 18, 1977 in Swainsboro, Georgia. After going to high school at North (Evansville, IN), Cooper attended the University of Notre Dame. Cooper made his professional debut in the NFL in 2002 with the Carolina Panthers. He has played for the Jacksonville Jaguars, San Francisco 49ers and Carolina Panthers over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 2004 was Deke Cooper's best year.
