Biography[]

David Dellucci (David Michael Dellucci) was born on October 31, 1973 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He made his Major League debut on June 3, 1997 for the Baltimore Orioles. In 1998, his rookie year, he hit .260 with 5 home runs and 51 RBI. Dellucci played for the Baltimore Orioles, Arizona Diamondbacks, New York Yankees, Texas Rangers and Philadelphia Phillies over the course of his 10 year career.

Most people believe that David Dellucci's best season was 2005, when he slugged 29 home runs and knocked in 65 runs.
