After much endeavour with the World Final, I did the altogether simpler task of the World Cup.
Each country has 5 riders, and they race against each other. There are 25 heats. 8 countries race in two meetings, with 4 in each meeting. The winner of each Semi Final make the Final. Second and third places go into a Raceoff. The top 2 from those 4 players go into the Final.
