Allen Rossum (Allen Rossum) was born on October 22, 1975 in Dallas, Texas. After going to high school at Skyline (Dallas, TX), Rossum attended the University of Notre Dame. Rossum made his professional debut in the NFL in 1998 with the Philadelphia Eagles.
